O.L.F.A. can provide MOCA declaration for all components.
The food generally gets in contact with different materials and objects during production, transformation, conservation and selling processes.
That materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (defined MOCA), shall be manufactured in compliance with good manufacturing practice so that, under normal or foreseeable conditions of use, they do not transfer their constituents to food in quantities which could endanger human health or bring about an unacceptable change in the composition of the food.
To ensure MOCA safety the EU adopted the REGULATION (EC) No 1935/2004.
With MOCA declaration O.L.F.A. can guarantee the quality of its products during all the production process: from the traceability of the raw material adopted for the production, to the specific limits on the migration of certain constituents or groups of constituents into or on to food, taking due account of other possible sources of exposure to those constituents.
